1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using IronStack Software's websites, games, applications, support services, or social publishing workflow (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Our Services

IronStack Software, operated by IronStack LLC, develops games, software, and related web services. The Services include a web-based social publishing workflow that allows authorized team members to connect supported social accounts and manage game-related video publishing and scheduling.

3. Accounts and Authorization

You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for promptly reporting suspected unauthorized access. You must not share access tokens or attempt to obtain permissions beyond those granted to you.

4. Social Media Integrations

If you connect a third-party social account, you authorize IronStack to access the account information and permissions you approve for the purpose of operating the requested integration. For TikTok, Login Kit may be used to authorize an account and the Content Posting API may be used to upload or publish content you direct us to submit. You can revoke platform access through the connected platform's settings.

5. Your Content and Publishing Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant IronStack the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, and publish that content at your direction through the Services. You are responsible for confirming that you have all necessary rights, releases, and permissions and that your content, captions, account selections, and publishing instructions comply with applicable law and platform rules.

6. Prohibited Misuse

You may not use the Services to:

• Break a law, infringe another person's rights, or violate platform policies.
• Publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, malicious, or unauthorized.
• Interfere with security controls, probe systems, or access another user's account.
• Upload malware or use the Services in a way that harms the Services or a third party.
• Misrepresent your identity, authority, account ownership, or relationship with IronStack.

7. IronStack Intellectual Property

The Services, excluding user-submitted content, and their software, design, branding, and original materials are owned by IronStack or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that intellectual property.

8. Third-Party Platforms

Third-party platforms, including TikTok, are governed by their own terms, policies, availability, and technical requirements. IronStack does not control those platforms and is not responsible for their actions, outages, content decisions, account restrictions, or API changes. TikTok does not sponsor, endorse, or approve IronStack merely because the Services support a TikTok integration.

9. Availability and Changes

We may maintain, change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Services. Features may be unavailable because of maintenance, technical limitations, third-party platform changes, account eligibility, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee that every feature will always be available or error-free.

10. Suspension, Termination, and Revocation

You may stop using the Services or revoke a connected platform's access at any time. We may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Services, comply with law or platform rules, address a security risk, or respond to a violation of these Terms.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IronStack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or publishing opportunities arising from use of or inability to use the Services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Governing Terms

These Terms are governed by the laws that apply to the relationship between you and IronStack, without overriding any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law. Any dispute will be handled in a court or forum with lawful jurisdiction unless the parties agree to another permitted process.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to the Services, platform requirements, or applicable law. We will post the revised Terms here and update the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
